Terms and Conditions for FriScore iOS App
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the FriScore mobile application FriScore developed in 2023 by Konstantinos Patsis. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.
1. Usage:
1.1. FriScore requires users to download the app to access its features.
1.2. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
1.3. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
1.4. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
2. FriScore Features:
2.1. FriScore aims to help users identify and evaluate the strength of their friendships using the defined categories.
2.2. The App calculates a friendship score based on the information provided by the user.
2.3. The App offers 18 categories to assess different aspects of friendships.
2.4. The calculated friendship score is displayed on the App.
2.5. Additional features, such as the ability to evaluate more friendships, are available through in-app purchases using credits.
3. In-App Purchases:
3.1. FriScore offers in-app purchases to acquire credits.
3.2. Credits allow users to evaluate and rank more friendships within the App.
3.3. The cost of credits is clearly displayed within the App's interface.
3.4. In-app purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the platform from which you downloaded the App (e.g., Apple App Store).
3.5. Refunds or cancellations of in-app purchases are subject to the policies of the respective platform.
4. Privacy and Data Protection:
4.1. FriScore respects your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
4.2. The App will not share your personal data or the information you provide for friendship evaluation with any third parties.
4.3. FriScore may collect anonymous usage data for analytics purposes to improve the App's performance and features.
5. User Responsibilities:
5.1. You agree to use FriScore for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
5.2. You shall not use the App to harass, harm, or deceive others.
5.3. You agree not to engage in any illegal activities while using the App.
5.4. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the information you provide within the App.
5.5. You shall not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App or any of its components.
6. Intellectual Property:
6.1. The App and all its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are the intellectual property of the Developer.
6.2. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent from the Developer.
7. Limitation of Liability:
7.1. FriScore is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties or guarantees of any kind.
7.2. The Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App.
7.3. The Developer does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the friendship evaluations provided by the App.
8.Termination:
8.1. The Developer reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time without prior notice and for any reason.
8.2. You may also terminate your account and cease using the App at any time.
8.3. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement will cease to exist.
9.Amendments:
9.1. The Developer reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
9.2. Updated versions of the Agreement will be posted within the App.
9.3. Your continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.​
10 Governing Law:
10.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece.
10.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.
By using FriScore, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions stated in this Agreement.
